Floor area = 346.5
pi*r^2 = 346.5
r^2 = 346.5/pi
r^2 = 110.25
r = 10.5 m (r ---> radius of base)

Surface area of conical tent = pi*r*l
l----> slant height
l = sqrt(h^2+r^2)
=sqrt(14^2+10.5^2)
=17.5m

Surface area = pi*10.5*17.5
= 577.5 m^2

Area of canvas = surface area of conical tent
length of canvas*width of canvas = 577.5
length of canvas*1.1 = 577.5
length of canvas = 525 m

pi*r^2 = 346.5
r^2 =346.5*7/22=441/4
r =21/2
then length L=sqrt(r^2 + h^2)=sqrt(441/4+(14)^2)=sqrt(1225/4)=35/2
So, area of canvas needed =
pi*r*L=(22/7)*(21/2)*(35/2) m^2
=(33*35)/2 m^2
Length of canvas =(33*35)/(2*1.1)m = 525 m.
