Time taken by 1st person to cover the circular track = 11/4.5 = 22/9
Time taken by 2nd person to cover the circular track = 11/0.5 = 22
Time taken by 3rd person to cover the circular track = 11/8

They meet for the 1st time after
time t = LCM (22/9,22,11/8)
= 22 hours
