if we draw 4 parallel lines, we get 5 pieces.
For max pieces,
Draw 2 prependicular lines.
Then draw 3rd line cutting 3 quadrants.
Then draw 4 th line cutting 4 portions.

total 11 pieces.

Ans: c) 12,5
Circular Pizza is cut into four parts with the help of two lines first, than with help of two line (as we can use 4 line) more we cut the pizza in such a way that 3rd line cut 3 quadrants into 2 parts, similarly using 4th line also.... so we got 12 pieces.
now if we cut pizza parallel lines all..we got 5 pieces.

take 4 straight line not intersecting each other it makes 5 parts minimum and for max make a cross with twu st.line than cot other two perpendicular
