The answer is 24m
If the length is 24 m, the breadth would be 168/24=7
Which satisfies to find out the diagonal 24^2+7^2=25^

l^2+b^2= 25^2 = 625
l*b = 168
l+b = Root ( 625 +2*168) = root 961 = 31
l-b = Root ( 625-2*168) = root 189 = 17

solving these eqns, we get l=24 and b=7.

so option A.

given,
l*b = 168 and l^2 + b^2 = 25^2.
now,
l^2 + b^2 +2lb -2lb = 625 (adding and subtracting 2lb)
so, (l+b)^2 = 625+336
therefore, l+b = 31
now,
putting the value of b = 168/l in the above equation, we get,
l = 7, 24
hence l = 24 and b = 7 is the correct answer.thanks
