2606 and 2914
If there are total x votes, then polled votes= 0.9 x
valid votes = 0.9x-60
votes of winning candidate = 0.47x
As per condition
0.47x= (o.9x-60+308)/2
x= 6200
votes of winning candidate= 0.47*6200= 2914
votes of other candidate= 5520-2914= 2606

Votes of winning candidate = (valid votes + difference in votes)/2
For example
If there are 20 votes and winning margin is of 2 votes,
then
votes of winning candidate = (20+2)/2 = 11
votes of loosing candidate = (20-2)/2 = 9

Let, there are total x voters, then polled votes= 0.9 x
valid votes = 0.9x-60
votes of winning candidate = 0.47x
And, votes of losing candidate = 0.47x-308
As per condition
0.47x+(0.47x-308)= (o.9x-60)
x= 6200
votes of winning candidate= 0.47*6200= 2914
votes of other candidate= 2914-308= 2606
