A+B+C=80
A+3B+3C=80
3A+B+9C=80
When B=20 3A+9C=60
When B=60 A+3C=20
When B=20 A+C=60
So the ans is 20

A+B+C=80
(A-Z)+3 B+3 C=80; 2 B+ 2 C=Z ........ (1)
3(A-Z)+(3 B-Y)+9 C=80; 2(A-Z)+6 C=Y ...........(2) & 3 B-Y=20 (GIVEN)..............(3)
from (1) & (3) put "Z" and "Y" value in (2)
2(A-2 B-2 C)+6 C=3 B-20
2 A-4 B-4 C+6 C=3 B-20
2 A-7 B+2 C= -20 ........(4)
AND
2(A+B+C=80)
2 A+2 B+2 C=160 ............(5)
SUBTRACT (4) FROM (5)
9 B=180
B=20
