as given the ages are of 3x,8x and product of their ages is 384
so, 3x*8x=384
by solving we get 24x^2=384
finally by sloving we get x^2=16
x=4
as given three hence we add 3 for 3x and 4x
we solve it by
3x+4:8x+4
sub x=4 in above ration
we get
15:35
3:7

3x+3:8x+3=15:35

x,y are in the ratio 3:8 so,
3x,4x
3x*8x=384,
24x^2=384
x=4,
then 3x=12,8x=32,
after 3 years,15,35
in ratio 15:35=3:7
