If price of a chair=x Rs. ,then price of a table=x+400
Total price of 6 tables and 6 chairs=6(x+400)+6x=4800, 6x+2400+6x=4800, , x=2400/12=200
So price of a chair=200 and a table=600
Difference of price of table and chair=600-200=400
Hence % lees price of chair than that of table =100*400/600 =400/6= 66.66
