This problem is based on assumption..
let two numbers be x and y, two perfect squares as a^2 and b^2
x+y=a^2
x-y=b^2
a^2-b^2=c^2
x+y-x+y=c^2
2y=c^2
now fa dis strategy x=17 and y=8 will suit neatly
so dat x+y=25(perfect square)
x-y=9(perfect square)
25-9=16(perfect square)
