3 will appear 20 times from 1 to 100.
3 will appear 20 times from 101 to 200.
3 will appear 20 times from 2011 to 299.
total 60 times upto 299.
from 300 to 313 ... 14+1 (addl from 303)+1(addl from 313)..16 times.

so total 76 times upto 313.

18 terms between 101-200 of 3
19 terms between 201-300.one extra for 300
301-318......17 appearences of 3......dat makes 18+18+19+17=76....done...no. of pages are 318

as 3 will appear 11 times in 1-100
so 3 will appear 33 times in 1-299
then 3 will come 42 times in 300-333
therefore the no of pages should be at least 334 for appearing 3 for 76 times.

1 to 100 ,3 appears 14 times i.e 3,13,23,33,36,39,43,53,63,73,83,93,30 so 100 to 200 14 times 200 to 300 15 times so total is 14 +14 +15=43 it is sais 3 appears 76 times 76-43=33 remaining so 301,302,303,304,305,306,307,308,309,310=10 times so on 310-320=11 times 320-330=12 so 330 pages.
