concept: Man*Day*Hour/Work = constant.
here, M=256, D= (1/5*15)=3, W= (1/6*189)= 31.5; m= m, d= 15-3= 12, w= 189-31.5= 157.5
(256*3)/31.5 = (m*12)/157.5
m = 320
More Men reqired = 320-256= 64
