net neutrality is very important topic for the internet users. Due to net neutrality every users have access equal thing. Any application, websites can be open. No extra cost will be charge from users.
Dis. If net neutrality is not happend then it will profitable for the Intenet Service Provider(ISP) not for the users. For example, if user wants to puchase from flipcart but amazon has given the money to ISP for Only amazon should run and Flipcart should be block then users have to purchase from amzon. So that net neutrality is important for internet users.

very hard to say which point is correct but we can say net neutrality is good for the users who uses less internet and have authentic account wherever required ,have only active on social media and visit secure sites never use fake VPN.
on the other side the people who against this uses pirated software and have many fake account ,dodge their location ,on this side many government runs there dark world and as well as many illegal works using this medium also .

Net neutrality is a mean through which people are getting access to every site, whether it is social site or business application. Main advantage of net neutrality is stated by the incidence when an internet service provider caught throttling and Federal Communication commission took action against that organisation.
But it is also true that, many of the free online services, like downloading of pirated software or movies could no longer stay in existence.

Why do we always want to look at the darker side of everything?? WE ARE THE PEOPLE who are always looking for the growth and development and for the betterment of our society, there is a very good chance of people using their money somewhere in a useful thing there is, if they save their money on facebook or whatsapp. These things are as necessary as any other thing you might think of and so this is a good move if this happens to be free of cost and apparently people should learn to use the internet in a proper way, if they do not know how to use it, we cannot hold back our development steps because of few people those are not fit enough for today's world. That's it, there isn't any wrong in letting them to be free and so my opinion differs from the neutrality, in the question.

Net Neutrality is principle that all the data on net should be treated equally without discriminating on basis of site, application, content, user, platform, etc. We have to use all the apps, websites, links, data, etc equally. ISP's (Reliance, airtel, bsnl, etc) are providing free access to few apps. For example Reliance is planning to provide free Facebook facility. So people may not use other apps as Facebook is free. This may lead problem to startup's. Poor people who can't access Internet may use only Facebook and may be in a state that Facebook is world. Atlast I conclude that all the apps should be free so that people can use all the apps.

Net Neutrality is what today most of the telecommunications company is trying to cheat there users they think people pay for different different apps like WhatsApp, Facebook etc so they can earn more profits. TRAI is doing survey for this that what user think for the net neutrality.
Net neutrality is worst think if it is implemented in future because then if you take any Internet plan then you can search limited things through Internet i.e. for only those you have taken plan and you want to use others things or access other websites,app then you have to pay for other plan.
If you take plan for Facebook than you cannot access WhatsApp, you can only use Facebook under that plan and if want to access WhatsApp at the same time then you have to take another plan for WhatsApp,
this will what net neutrality will do to your Internet.

Nothing in this world is 100% effective everything has some of it's pros and cons. As from the internet it is not a bad thing it's a sign that we are developing same is in the case of social networking sites like whatsapp , facebook etc . How people are using this oppurtunity is a something we should foucus . It is true that whatapp , fb are wasting time but it also true that it also helps us many in small small things like sharing imp documents, images etc without ang hustles.

Yes I agree that WhatsApp is killing minds but on the broader prospect it is also helping in easy way of communication of data be it assignments,papers or documents. We humans love to exploit every privilege we'very been given and that'she where according to me the people are at fault and not WhatsApp.

The data on the internet cannot be discriminated by user, content, product, or website. ISP or government regulating internet cannot favour or block the product or websites.
Advantages
User get the access to all data available.
Disadvantages
ISP has no choice to block any data

I want to say that net neutrality means open soursce of the Internet,just like the phone companies should not need to know to whom we are calling and upto how many hours so these ISPs also doesnot need to know what application we are using and what contect we are seeing online. yes ofcourse in my point of view net neutrality show be there.because net neutrality means open network that we are getting from the ISPs.if the net neutrality concept slows down then the phone compaies and cable operators would cut the internet in slow and fast lanes. son i would like to conclude that net neutrality should be available for us so that we can use any content or any application .

I totally favour this motion as I think keeping an attitude of saying no most of the time will have a very negative impact on the people in ur organization but also in ur career. Further more if u deny to help ur colleagues who are doing overtime and have been assigned some work and who actually need ur help then may be at some moment of time u will also be needing the help. Further more, if u will not think the organisation as ur own then the organization will also not. If u give then only u will get is the universal law that we all know. So , keeping ur attitude aside,we must work not for ur only, but for the entire organisation.

Even though there are advantages of net neutrality but these days in our India its proven to be disadvantegious for some people who are not capable of accessing the internet as internet.org kind of private organization trying to provide free basics to those people are barred from doing so by the TRAI, institution which control the net neutrality in India. The internet.org should be given a chance to prove their point that free basics is free and do not violate the norms of net neutrality.

Net neutrality is the principle that ISP and government should treat all data on internet same.
This is no doubt a advantage and it is basically a public utility.There are different data on internet having different degree of importance.
Now taking as a example if a student is preparing for a exam he / she can study from internet . This is a opportunity for every people to brush up their knowledge by accessing different content,platform or application.This is for the welfare of people. This net neutrality is coined at Columbia university media law professor by professor Tim WU in 2003 and it is a concept of common carrier.

no I do not agree because even people spending more time on mobile for a daily life but, it has also so many advantages:
1. news source: smartphone connect people to the world what is happening in the world with less amount time.
2. learning source: today smartphone make easier to learn without physical going in physical class which is less expensive. In simple word online study through various sources of smartphone.
3. banking issues: now a days online payment is more easiest way to pay. and if u want to transfer money one account to another account u can simply transfer without going your bank.

No, i don't agree with this term.
Yah there is lots of time spending on our smartphone in daily life.
But there is many more advantages using smartphone rather than we called it's making us dumb.
For example,now a day's we are transferring money one place to another place in few seconds.
Online examination,form apply,all the things are just complete in a minute second.
So there is many advantages are also there . So I don't think so that smartphone making us dumb.

In my point of view, smartphones are making people dumb because as we see daily everyone start their day with phone and it became oxygen to everyone like no one can live without oxygen and no one can live without phone in their hands. Everyone addicted to the smartphones and some may use it in a good way and some may use it in a wrong way , as spending a lot of time with phone people became dumb such that they dont even know whats happening in their surroundings. I think smartphone has advantages more than disadvantages...it's only depend on people how they use it ....if they use smartphone in a positive way it will give many advantages to them like a person become digitalized and he become smarter than other becoz smartphone can make our work easier we can save a lot of time...by utilizing it properly...or...if we use it in negative way it has many disadvantages like by using it continuously a person get addicted to smartphone and by using social medias... playing games and etc.. entertaining apps continuosly they become addicted to this and it will create a curiosity in a person to use this apps daily so that they waste there lot of time instead of utilizing it .

As, smartphones itself suggests that a gadget or technology which assist or help our works.Smartphones saves our energy, helps to do work in an efficient manner.It saves a lot of time and keeps us updated with the things going around us and all over the world.At times we cannot think of our lives without smartphones it helps in keeping touch with others ,making call ,getting news and the information of things going all around the world.It is very obvious that smartphones are making our life easier.

Are smartphones really making people dumb? This is an important sentence. I think that every coin has two faces heads and tails, likewise smartphone also has this two faces. Talking about the positive side there are so many benefits of smartphone like calling, access to the internet , creating jobs in the industry (take Android, IOS as an example), texting messages(take example of whatsapp,hike messanger). Now when we come to the other side of the coin, we recently have some smartphone accident like overcharging any smartphone battery would be dangerous, so we need to handle it with proper care, also some bad people can hack your device and can collect sensitive data (only if u have stored in it). Some smartphone can emit high radiations that can harm human health (for example deafness, people who are constantly listening to music via earphones plugged in, in some extreme cases it can cause fatal disorders). So this age is the age of smartphone but what i feel is the awareness about using the phones should be our primary concern.

Its really an awesome topic. Actually it is!! Now a days every one is using smartphone that avail every prospective facility of whatever we need. But on the other hand we the teens are using it for our time-pass, by using several apps like messenger whatsApp and so many social networking application that brings people away from their guardians . They even stop to share the necessary things with their guardians which is very important thing. All the time teens used to chat with the friends they even lost their presence of mind. Adding to it smartphones radiate some kind of unhealthy radiation that directly effect our minds. Using smartphones one can update themselves in order to be updated but on the other hand they are taking themselves away form the hell like life. - The so called useful tools including social networking apps, fully functional web surfing, games and many others mindlessly occupy time of people. Instead of doing productive work, people keep on wasting their precious time.

- Let us talk in terms of money. A Smartphone can be bought under Rs 20000 as well as above Rs 40000. There is no doubt that the expensive ones have more features. But more than 80% of people don’t even know what the features are. They just buy to show off, and hence are nothing but dumb.

- Smartphones make people dependent or rather say addicted to it. The users remain at the mercy of the notifications. There is no dividing line between rational use and addiction, which results in stress and decreased productivity.

- Texting on Smartphones has deteriorated people’s English grammar and spellings. Even on formal papers they write either the SMS language or wrong spellings. This is another step towards being a dumb.

Smartphones are making people smarter or dumb, it is depend on its use. The most important advantage of smartphones is people can connect with their friends and relatives anytime anywhere. With the help of smartphones people can pay their electricity,telephones bills etc. when we go to a new place then our smartphones helps us as a map. We can also use smartphones as e-book reader and smartphones also provide help for our documents, presentation etc. Smartphones can be used as camera. Sometimes smartphones play an important role in the security also especially in case of girls. For example, when girl hire a taxi to go somewhere in night they can just click photo of number plate of taxi and send it to their siblings.
Smartphones also making people dump because due to smartphones the remembering power of people is decreases. For example when people does not have smartphones, they can memorized lots phone number by heart which are necessary but now a days people can not memorized numbers.

Goes are the days when people used to make queue for the railways reservation, booking a ticket for cinema, long wait for the bill payment at govt. offices and banks. It is now possible within a moment just flickering your fingers on your smartphones. Smartphones have actually become essential in our daily life. Its advantages ranges from entertainment like movies, music to education like ebooks and pdfs. The wide varieties of applications makes it special than any devices . In a particular sense , it has brought your pc into your palm. You can almost do everything you need as in your professional life in your phone such as Editing, mailing, formatting etc using apps like ms office. As a whole I consider it as a very useful and good device but you know anything beyond limit is harmful. Therefore it is an essential and useful device until we get addicted to it. Thus smartphones are making people smarter but too much use of it can waste a lot of yours valuable time.

Smartphone is a boon which has taken birth from the evolution of technology.It is a bank of knowledge which if utilized properly can prove fruitful.With a wonderful storage capacity it can store various things starting from books,dictionaries and many more which was impossible with normal mobile phones.It has made people smart.With various features like navigation and maps people now dont need to go n ask others for a particular location but they themselves can find any locations they want.Acting as a mini computer it has ms office which people can use to make presentations instantly without the need of a laptop or a desktop.As the coin has two sides smartphones have some disadvantages too but they are overshadowed by the advantages that the smartphone possesses.Thus Smartphones are making smart people rather than dumb ones.

No doubt, Technology make things easier for us but Adverse effect of this is making people dumb. Of course, Smart[phones are making people dumb. Most of our daily time, we spend on our smartphones rather than doing something else. No doubt, It helps in various things like online shopping, get updated with our surroundings, but our youth just overuse it by having just continuously chatting and playing games. No Meditation, No yoga makes our health not fit. As a result we are becoming dumb.

1 i am agree because use of smartphone decreses memory for e.g in previous period all people even remember phone number but now most of them donot know others relative number.
2 In case of price if a people has to buy a smartphone of high price then thats phone having much feature than less amount phone but every one donot know all the features of phone hence it is e.g of dumb.

I firmly believe that there should be minimum education qualification for politicians because education makes a person educated, confident, discipline, cultured and have a vision of development.
