Let A=1, B=2, C=3, ... z=26.

SAURAV = 19 1 21 18 1 22
Count repective positions in the word. That is first position is S,
second position is A and so on. When you reach last letter in the word, simply resume counting from front.
For a letter in the original word,
find letter corresponding to its number associated in the counting sequence. Replace this all occurences of the old one
with new, and continue... Then SAURAV=SSUVSR.
