From the given data
H=100, E=90, U=80
H∩U=40, U∩E=30, H∩E=25 and H∩E∩U=10
Now,
Those who speak only Hindi & Urdu will be
(H∩U)' = H∩U - H∩E∩U => 40-10=30
similarly,
(U∩E)' = U∩E - H∩E∩U => 30-10=20
(H∩E)' = H∩E - H∩E∩U => 25-10=15
Only those who speak only Hindi, H' will be
H' = H - ((H∩U)' + (H∩E)' + H∩E∩U) = 100-(30+15+10) = 45
similarly,
E' = 90-(20+15+10) = 45
U' = 80-(30+20+10) = 20
Hence, total no. of people who speak only one language will be
H'+E'+U' = 45+45+20 = 110
