-->1st fix
1 _ _ _=2*9*9=162

case 2:
-->when 1 is not count at 1st place
_ _ _ _=8*9*9*9=5832

Total= 4+45+162+5832=6043

1800-1999=162
2000-9999 = 8*9*9*9 = 5832

greater than 1745 i.e, by fixing 174_ last place has 4 ways and by fixing 17__ we have 5*9 here we have 4+45=49
by fixing 1___ we have 1*2*9*9=162
up to here 49+162=211
now above 2000 are 8*9*9*9=5832
from above 211+5832=6043

total four digit numbers greater than 2000 using non zero integers ( 1 to 9) = 8*9*9*9 = 5832.
To find four digit numbers greater than 1745 and less than 2000 -
49+81+81 = 211.
So total numbers = 5832+211 = 6043.

total 4 digit nos. using non zero numbers=6561.
numbers less than or equal to 1745 with non zero elements=518. so 6561-518=6043.
