First he moves 4m towards east then 3m left(north) then 8m right(again east) which is total of 12m in east then right 6m (towards south)then 16m right which means he is 4m west from starting point. Finally 4m towards north(1m above startnig point) and right 4m which makes to stand at a distance of 1m from starting point. So, its option 1.

A boy moves in east 4 meters then in north 3 meters then again in east 8 meters then in south 6 km .After this 4 run he is 12 meters in east and 3 meters in south from their starting point.Then he moves in west 16 m.(16-12=4 so he is 4 m in west from their starting point and (6-3=3m )in south from starting point.then he moves in north 4 m and then 4min south.so now he is (4-3)=1m in north from starting point.
