The solid formed is a cone. The surface area = pi*r*l
r=7 l=sqrt(7^2+24^2)=25
the total surface area of the cone = pi*r*l + pi*r^2
So the ratio will be = 1 + (r/l)
=1+(7/25)
=32/25

Solid formed is Cone with radius =7 cm and height=24 cm
Slant height of Cone= sq.root(24^2 + 7^2)=sq.root(625)=25 cm
Total Surface Area=22/7 * 7(25 + 7) = 22 * 32 cm
Curved Surafec Area= 22/7 * 7 *25 = 22 * 25 cm
