Let mohan's share =x........ (i)
then suresh=x+x÷4=5x÷4
Let shyam's share=y
then mohan=y-y÷4=3y÷4....... (ii)
From (i) & (ii)
x=3y÷4 or y =4x/3
NOW A.T.Q
Suresh+Mohan+Shyam = 516
5x/4 +x+4x/3 =516
on simplification
x = 144
so y =4×144/3 =192
so,shyam's share =y =rs. 192

suresh get 25% more than mohan so his share is 93.75x

now the total is 100x+75x+93.75x=516
by solving
(100+75+93.75)x=516
x=1.92

Let Mohan's share be 'y' and Shyam share be 'x'

Suresh receives 25% more than Mohan = y + 25% of y
Mohan receives 25% less than Shyam = y = x - 25% of x

Sum of all shares = Mohan's share + Suresh's share + Shyam's share

=> 516 = y + (y + 25%of y) + x
Now putting y = x - 25% of x
=> x-25% of x + ( x-25% of x + 25% of (x-25% of x)) + x
By solving this equation, we get x = 192

=> option(9) is the answer.

so, Suresh's Share = 1.25x = (5/4)x
and, Shyam's Share = y (say)
hence , x=0.75y (According to question , since Mohan's share is 25% less than that of Shyam's)
hence y=(1/0.75)x = (4/3)x

now, (5/4)x + x + (4/3)x = 516
hence x = 144;

therefore, Shyam's share = y = (4/3)x = 192;

Hence Shyam's share is Rs. 192 ---- Answer.

A=125 B/100 = 5 B/4 and B=75 C/100=3 C/4
Use B's value in A=> 5 (3 C/4)/4= 15 C/16
Then, 15 C/16 + 3 C/4 + C = 516
ie 43C=8256
C = 192
Shyam's share is Rs.192
