Respected M for maths team due to error in the third term of d sequence there was not a proper logic for d sequence that's why i didn't update my option because i didn't want to update d wrong answer i thought that there may be another logic,which may be not in my mind

68 = 68+ (8^2)+1 = 68+65=133(square the last digit and add 1)
133 = 133+ (3^2)+2 = 133+11=144(square the last digit and add 2)
144 = 144+ (4^2)+3 = 144+19=163(square the last digit and add 3)
163 = 163+ (3^2)+4 = 163+13=176(square the last digit and add 4)

(last digit)^2+ natural no. starting from 1= new no.

68--- 8^2+1= 133
133--- 3^2+2= 144
144--- 4^2+3= 163
Hence,
