answer is 1st and 2nd both...
as (a+b+c+d+e)/5 and (a+4) both are correct.
as in 5 consecutive odd integer,3rd term is average and (first+4) is third term only. Multi answer question

Therefore, average=(a+a+2+a+4+a+6+a+8)/5=(5a+20)/5=(a+4)

as mentioned in the question, 5 consecutive odd integers are there. Hence rest 4 consecutive odd integers b,c,d,e can be written as

b=a+2, c=a+4, d=a+6, e=a+8

so average of a,b,c,d,e is given by

(a+b+c+d+e)/5 = (a+(a+2)+(a+4)+(a+6)+(a+8))/5
= (5a+20)/5
=a+4

so option(2) is correct.

As they are consecutive odd integers they can be expressed as a, a+2, a+4, a+6, a+8. 
Average = sum of the integers / Total Number of integers 
ie, A = (a + a+2 + a+4 + a+6 + a+8)/ 5
A = (5a + 20)/ 5
A = 5(a + 4)/ 5 = a+4 
So option 2 is the correct answer
