When the bicycle sold at a gain of 31% then the profit is y+45

Very simple,
Let the CP is Rs.100.
at1st it is sold at profit of 27?
then SP=Rs.127
if it is sold Rs.45 more then profit is 31? with original CP.
now SP=Rs.172
so difference in both SPs is profit of 4?.
Therefore 4? is 45
then 100%=(45/4)*100=Rs.1125 Ans
Hence option (6) is the right answer.
