The main logic in this is adding the first and last alphabets number.
In DINESH
D=4 and H=8
4+8=12
Likewise in GOPESH, G(7)+H(8)=15 and
in SANDEEP, S(19)+P(16)=35.

Therefore 18+14=32 is the answer
