So cost price = 29,050 * 100/83 = 35,000

C.P of the Item = (29050*100)/(100-13)

If it is gain of =27%
Then S.P= 35000*(100+27)/100 = ₹.44450

Therefore x=35000

first we will find what will be the 100%

83 = 29050
100=?

From the given conditions,
S.P=29,050, Loss%=17.
As we know that loss=((C.P-S.P)*100)/C.P
17C.P=(C.P-S.P)*100,
83C.P=100S.P
C.P=100*29050/83 C.P=35000.
Now we know C.P=35000.
Hence from the given condition Gain%=27
Gain%=(S.P-C.P)*100/C.P
27=(35000-S.P)*100/35000
S.P=44,450 which satisfies the condition with gain as 27%.
