SP of 1 toffee= 0.4*1.25= Rs 0.5
Number of toffees sold for Rs. 1552= 1552/0.5= 3104 .. none of given options

Cost of 3880 toffees for ₹1552
C.P of 1 toffee=1552/3880=0.4
S.P of 1 toffee= 0.4×1.25(25% is profit)=0.5
No.if toffees=1552/0.5=3104
Hence my option goes to 10👈

Number of toffees to be sold for same amount as total purchase cost to gain 25% = number of toffees purchased /1.25= 3880/1.25=3104
