Hence 21x=252
x=12
Sum of numbers=10x=120

Let the numbers are 3x,7x
L.C.M=21x=252
X=12
The numbers are 36,84
Sum of the numbers =120
Hence the right option is 4 👈

then lcm of numbers is 3*7*x
21x=252
x=252/21
x=12
then sum of the numbers is 3*12+7+12=12*(3+7)=120
hence ans is option 4
