Method- First we have to arrange 4 boys after than 4 girls according to the given condition
Number of methods of arranging 4 boys in a round table is 3*2*1 = 6
Number of methods of arranging 4 girls between boys is 4*3*2*1 = 24
Hence total no. of methods is 6*24 = 144
