A vendor bought 786 toffees for 1965 rupees. How many toffees in 925 rupees must he sell to gain 48%?

Solution

CP of 1 toffees = 1965/786 = Rs. 2.5
SP of 1 toffees for 48% profit = 2.5*1.48 = Rs. 3.7
