Velocity = 360/27= 13.33
So, the time is (940+360)/13.33
= 97.5.

Length of the train =360m
Time taken to cross=27sec
Speed =360/27=(40/3)m
Time taken to cross 940m platform =(940+360)/(40/3)
=390/4=97.5 Seconds

Speed = Distance/Time
= 360/27 = 13.333m/s
Platform + Train distance = 360+940 = 1300
Time = distance/speed = 1300/13.33 = 97.5 second

to cross a platform of 940m, the train has to cover a distance of (940 + 360)m = 1300m
therefore, its time will be 1300/(360/27)= 97.50 sec
