Let the cost of raw material, labour and overheads be 50, 40 and 20

In a given year total cost is : 50 + 40 + 20 = 110
Cost next year = 55 + 43.2 + 19 = 117.2

% increase = (7.2/110)*100 = ~6.545%

After Changes =5.5:4.32:1.9

Let the initial cost be,
raw material=5x, labour=4x, overhead=2x
Total cost=5x+4x+2x = 11x
In the next year, the cost becomes,
raw material=5.5x (10% increase)
labour=4.32x (8% increase)
overhead=1.9x (5% decrease)
Therefore, total cost becomes,5.5x+4.32x+1.9x = 11.72x
% increase in price of car = (11.72-11)/11 = 6.545 % (Option4)

and then by raising of 10°/°is 50
and 8°/° is 32
and 5°/° is 10
so now the ratio is 550:432:190
