The equation will be as follows,
5x * 9x = 225 => 45x=225 => x=5
The numbers are 25,45 (5*5,9*5)
The sum of the numbers will be 25+45=70 (Option 4)

Let the numbers are 5x,9x
L.C.M=45x=225
5x+9x=14x=(225/45)(14)=70
My option is 4👈

Let the nos be 5x and 9x
Hence, 45x= 225
x= 5
So, the nos are 25 and 45,
So, the sum be 25+45= 70.
