So, Shyam's Velocity=40km/hr.

So, he goes {(40/60)*75} or 50 k.m. in 1 hr and 15 min. or 75 min.
If Ram covers 50 k.m. to meet Shyam then Shyam covers (100-50)or 50 k.m. to meet Ram as the distance between the position of Ram and Shyam is 100 km.
Now, Shyam goes 50 k.m. in 75 min.s
So, in 60 min.s he should go {(50/75)*60} or 40 k.m.
