Let the average of 21 is x
18*120+3x+90=21x
2160+90=18x
x=2250/18=125
Total expenditure=21x=21*125
=₹2625

21 persons spend 120 each remaining 3 persons spend (x+30)Ã3
[120Ã18 + (x+30)Ã3 ]/21 = x
x = 125
