To compare costs, we hv to consider costs of soaps of equal wt.The cost of soap A is 18 rupee/200 gms. & that of another soap B is 20 rupee/200 gms.
cost of A is less relative to the cost of B = 100*2/20 =10%

It means cost of soap is less by Rs 2 for cost of B as Rs 20.

so % wise ,the cost of A is 10% less relative to the cost of B.
