6x + 3y = 27; y = (27-6x)/3; so for x>0 and y>0, X can not be more than 4.

so only 4 solutions with x=1,2,3,4 are possible.

6x + 3y = 27; x, y are integral values and x, y > 0; 6x can not be more than 27. so x can have integral values of 1,2,3,4. and y will have corresponding values of 7, 5,3,1.

so only 4 solutions are possible.
