If it means X is not equal to y not equal to z but greater than zero, then 6 solutions are possible with xyz as 123,132,213,231,312,321.

According to my interpretation of qn, there are 6 integral solutions of x+y+z=6 with condition that x, y z are different integers greater than zero.
Then possible values of 1,2,3 give 6 arrangements.
