81-3 = 78, 16-2 = 14, 256-4 =252

1. Let us take x=4 then
Difference of the square and square root of a perfect square number -> 16=2=14 which is incorrect
2. X=9 then
Difference of the square and square root of a perfect square number is -> 81-3=78 -----correct

Now: Sum of square and square root of the number is: (81) +3=84

to find: (x^2+√x)

by trial and error method for different values of x i.e.1,4,9,16,.....

hence x=9 satisfies the given condition.

9^2-√9=78
