There are 5 lines. These lines intersect in 5 points.
5 lines can not be parallel. In that case, there will be no point of intersection.
If 4 lines are parallel, then one balance line can intersect them at 4 points only.
If 3 lines are parallel, then balance 2 lines can make 5 points of intersection.
