There are 7 locations in TUESDAY out of which 3 vowels can come in fixed sequence.

Then 4 letters T,S,D,Y can be placed in any of 7 position in different possible ways.
So possible letters are 7P4.
i.e 7!/(7-4)!= 7!/3!= 7*6*5*4 = 840
