22476 days = 61 years (including 15 leap years of 366 days) + 196 days
Total days in the year 1861 counted from 17 july = 168
Remaining days = 28

total life=22476
from the option age either 61 or 62 choose least one
61*365.25=22280.25
but tot life=22476
the remaing is=22476-22280.25
approximately=196(195.75)
after 61 yrs 17 july 1922
so add 196.it comes 29 jan 1923

1 yr=365 and 6 hrs(6 hrs=0.25 day)
upto 61 years 61*(365.25)=22280.25 days
So 22476 - 22280.25 = 195.75 days
17 july 1861+61 years = 17 july 1922
17 july 1922 +195 days = 29 Jan 1923
so option 3 is the correct answer
