arranging two vowels there are 2! ways
n rest four middle words are arrange in 41 ways
hence no of words possible are
2*24=48

U _ _ _ _ A = 4! = 24
A _ _ _ _ U = 4! = 24
So total number of words formed if the starting and end letters of the word are vowel is 24 + 24 = 48
