price of 1 dozen = 1200 gms is 60 rupee
so that of 1 kg will be 60*1000/1200 = 50 rupee

the correct option is 8) i.e., 0....
since 1dozen=12 oranges = 1200gm
=> 1 orange weigh 100 gm
=> 1kg = 1000gm
=> 1 kg contains 10 oranges

cost of 1 dozen = 60
=> cost of 1 orange = 5
and
cost of 1kg = 50
=> cost of 10 orange = 50
=> cost of 1 orange =5
cost of 5 kg of orange = 50 * 5 = 250
and
cost of 5 kg of orange wrt dozen = 50 * 5 = 250
diff = 250 - 250 = 0

cost of 1200 gm = 50*1200/1000= Rs 60.

so cost in dozen and kg is same.

1g=1/1200 dozen
1000g=1kg=10/12 dozen
5kg=50/12=25/6 dozen
A/Q 1kg=50 Rs. |
so, 5kg=250Rs. |
1dozen =60 Rs.
so,5kg=25/6dozen=(25/6)*60 Rs.
=250 Rs.
so,no profit.both are same.

price of purchased 5 kg orange as per dozen=(5000/1200)*60=250;
price of purchased 5 kg orange as per kg=5*50=250;
so profit=250-250=0;

so price of 5 kg = 250
and price of 1 dozen = 60
since 1200 gm = 1 dozen
so 5000gm = 50/12 dozen
therefore cost of 50/12 dozen = 50/12*60 = 250
since in both conversation we are getting same rupees
so there will no profit
