as
3^[(x-1)/x] will be 3^0=1

x can not be 2
as
3^[(x-1)/x] will be 3^1/2 = 1.732 which is less than 2.
x can be 3
then
3^[(x-1)/x] = 3^(2/3)= 2.08

so min value of x=3 will satisfy given condition.
