change these words by the position of words in the dictionary formed by the letters of the same word.
position of EAT = 3
TEA = 6, NAME = 20, ENAM = 11

If we move from EAT to TEA as per dictionery TEA is third word After EAT as shown below:
EAT->ETA->TAE->TEA
So TEA - EAT = 3
In the same way if we move from EANM to NAME as per dictionery NAME is ninth word after EANM as shown below:
ENAM->ENMA->MAEN->MANE->MEAN->MENA->MNAE->MNEA-> NAEM->NAME
So NAME - ENAM = 9

SO,
TEA=7+22+26=55;
EAT=5+1+20=26 SO MULTIPLY BY 2 WE GET 52
THEN,TEA-EAT=55-52=3;

NAME-ENAM=75-66=9;

For first string reverse of alphabet
TEA-7+22+26=55
for second string as it is in the alphabet
EAT-5+1+20=26*2=52

use the same logic to NAME-ENAM=9
