according to the given condition
10.1/100 * 9.6/100 * x = I (Integer)
on solving we get x = 250*125I/303
so minimum positive value of x = 250*125 = 31250

= (303 / 31250) of x
Now 303 and 31250 coprime ie. there common factor is 1
So (303 / 31250) of x will be integer if minimum possible positive integer value of x will be 31250
