reason::
min way to get 100 is 50+50(2 coins)
now to 99 is 50+20+20+5+2+2(6 coins)
but to get 98 from it so 50+20+20+5+2+1+1(7 coins)
from this set we can any number in unit place.
But in ten place we need 10 also to make correct set.
50+20+10+10+5+2+1+1 (8 coins)
