4! is 24, so the word should have \"ae\" in the beginning.each 4th letter will have 6 combinations for last 3 letters. since 6+6+6 is 18 we get \"aersmh\".

first two letters are fixed as AE.NOW 4! ARRANGEMENTS ARE POSSIBLE,MEANS 24.OF THESE WORDS LAST 6 WORDS WII BE HAVING S AS THE 3RD LETTER.thus the 18th word is the last word with AER as the 1st three letters.
