For making a parallelogram, we have to choose a pair of lines from each ( non parallel)set of parallel lines.
possible pairs from each set = 10C2=10*9/2=45
possible parallelograms = 45*45=2025

A parallelogram is made by 4 lines which have two pairs of parallel lines.
so total possible parallelograms = 10C2*10C2= 45*45=2025

There wil 5 groups of 2-2 parallel lines from each set.
So 10c2=45
and for other set
10c2=45
so 45*45=2025

To form a parallelogram, we require 2 sets of parallel lines.
so,chance of selecting one 2 parallel lines from one set is 10!/(8!*2!)
similarily, the other 2 parallel lines 10!/(8!*2!)
so, 45*45=2025

we have to select 2 lines from each parallel lines sets
therefore
10C2 x 10C2=10x9x10x9/2x2
=2025
