New volume : 6*5*2*(81/100)= (6*5*2)(x/100)^2
=> x^2=8100
=> x=90%
hence b' = 5*90/100=4.5

new volume 6*5*2(81/100)
now suppose both l and b are decreased by x% then the new volume will be
6((100-x)/100) * 5((100-x)/100) * 2 which is equal to new volume then
6((100-x)/100)*5((100-x)/100)*2 = 6*5*2(81/100) on solving x=10

then the new breadth 5(90/100) = 4.5
