As bases are equal radius of cone= radius of hemisphere=r
As height of hemisphere=radius 'r' , so height of cone=r, slant height=l=r*Sqrt(2)
Curved surface area of cone=Pi*r*l=Pi*r*r*Sqrt(2)=Pi*r^2*Sqrt(2)
Curved surface area of hemisphere=2*Pi*r^2
So Ratio of curved surface area= Pi*r^2*Sqrt(2) : 2*Pi*r^2 =1 : Sqrt(2)
