If price of an item=x, then with 10% increase new price=(110/100)*x=1.1x
So among the given option all the values multiple of 1.1 can be the new price except 57.30

Previous Price % New Price(previous price+percentage value)
----------------- -------------- -------------
a --> $1 10% ($ 0.1) $ 1.10
b --> $8 10% ($ 0.8) $ 8.80
c --> $10 10% ($ 1.0) $11.00
e --> $71 10% ($ 7.1) $78.10

So, all the above options fit into 10%.

But for option d --> $52 10% ($5.20) %57.20

So, 57.30 is not exact 10%.
